Hung, one of the receptionists, recommended great restaurants and helped us find the famous Giang Coffee. the location in the old quarter was perfect, with major tourist attractions within walking distance. the hotel offers airport pickup cars at a reasonable price, which is more convenient and safer than taxis.

This hotel was a great base for our city trip! We loved the friendly and helpful staff, who really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. That the rooms facing the street were a bit noisy, but we were able to switch to a quieter room upon request. the air conditioning could have been a bit stronger, as it got a bit warm during the day.
